Belgium Floods Following Heavy Rainfall

Parts of Belgium and Germany have seen historic flooding in the last few weeks following torrential rain and thunderstorms. Streets very quickly turned to rivers and actual rivers have burst their banks creating a very dangerous situation in some areas.
